This photoshoot was done as a favour for a couple of good friends (they had wished to remain anonymous). Their recently completed home renovation, designed by Cheshire Architects, is absolutely stunning. The kitchen is lined with oiled white oak throughout, which is contrasted with black granite, splashback, tapware, oven front, casework carcass, as well as black squabs to the built-in dining seats. Every detail has been considered, then painstakingly refined.
Credits have to be given to Nat and his team, for their attention to details and taste level. But one has to acknowledge that a successful project also hinges on a good client, who is willing to put the trust in the architect and is uncompromising when it comes to quality design.
